Naeema Britton has many roles as an academic coordinator, licensed mental health counselor, entrepreneur, caregiver, and more. Naeema believes that one of her most important roles is as a caregiver to her mother, whom she has taken care of for about eight years. She understands that although she cares for her mother, her overall health and well-being is very important to ensure that her mother receives optimal care. In addition to caring for her mother, she works full-time and is in the process of launching two additional  businesses; Chocolate Girls, Inc., which caters to the mental wellness and overall wellbeing of young girls 8-18, a mental health private practice. The Compassionate Carer, a business she co-founds with her cousin, Unique, is a vision she had  for some time. Naeema holds a BA in Sociology, an MS in Counseling (Specialization in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy), among other certifications

Unique has a BA in Business Management and Technology.  As the Owner of Im Unique Studios Ink, she specializes in creating customized acrylic art , fashion and home decor. She wishes to inspire creativity and increase the awareness of self-expression through art and fashion with beautifully customize handmade pieces.
